Floyd's Girlfriend

This past weekend Aaron and I had the chance to spend some time with some friends from our old neighborhood. We both have great danes and we met while taking our dogs for walks. They have also recently adopted through our agency so it was great to talk about the process with someone who has just been through it. They have an adorable little 7-month-old boy. I realized that I need to start lifting weights since my arms felt like jello after holding him for about 10 minutes. Aaron also took a turn holding him so now he can officially say he has held two babies in his lifetime. We had a great time playing their Wii and hanging out. Here are some pictures from the night.

Here are Floyd, Ethel and Lucy. Our attempt to get them all to sit and look cutely at the camera didn't work, but this one didn't turn out too badly (after we held them in place.) Lucy used to be Floyd's girlfriend until Ethel came into the picture. I think she is feeling pretty sore about it because she had to be banished to the basement after growling at Floyd.
